Before checking into the hotel, every customer is liable to present his/her authentic identity proof. (Aadhar Card/Voter Card/PAN Card, etc.)
To book a room, the customer must request a booking in advance in order to avoid incidences of unavailability, which might be a common issue during peak seasons. Hence, advanced booking is highly preferable instead of walk-in bookings.
For every booking, the payment must be done 15 days in due advance in order to confirm the booking.
The standard check-out time is 11 am.
If the customer checks in late after the standard check-in time, there will be no alterations in the billing structure.
If the customer fails to check out past the standard check-out time, s/he will be charged with additional room charges accordingly.
If the customer books a room and does not show up without any prior notice, the booking amount will not be refundable.
If the customer cancels his booking in advance before the assigned date, s/he will receive a refund of the booking amount with compensation charges deducted accordingly.
